The initial assessment is your first appointment, lasting approximately 45 minutes.  It includes an interview and subjective assessment to understand the issue(s) and how it is affecting you and to develop a plan of how we can help to manage and treat your concern.

The review assessment is a follow-up session to review your progress and to allow us to tailor your bespoke treatment plan.
